SERDANG, 30 June– The Research Management Centre (RMC), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), continued its excellence by being named the recipient of the *Best Innovation Award* for its *Flyers Stand* project at the TNCPI Office EKSA Awards 2026, held at the Board Meeting Room, Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) (TNCPI).

The recognition reflects RMC's ongoing commitment to strengthening the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) through practical, creative, and value-added innovations that enhance the workplace environment.

In addition to its zonal achievement, three RMC staff members were also recognised for their outstanding contributions. *Mr. Nasrul Amri Selamat* received the *Best Officer's Room Award, **Mr. Muhammad Haziq Kamarulzaman* was honoured with the *Best Staff Workspace Award, while **Mr. Ahmad Basri Zaidi* received the *Best Staff Commitment Award*.

The event also featured EKSA presentations by participating zones for the *Best Innovation* and *Best Go Green* categories, with invited evaluation panel members *Ms. Kasmaria Zawawi* from the Quality Assurance Centre, UPM, and *Mr. Redzuan Awang* from Putra Business School, UPM.

The awards were presented by *Professor Dr. Zamberi Sekawi*, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), UPM.

This achievement demonstrates the unwavering commitment of RMC staff in fostering an EKSA culture that emphasises quality, innovation, productivity, and workplace sustainability. The recognition is expected to inspire the entire RMC community to continue strengthening its culture of excellence while supporting UPM's aspiration to remain a globally recognised research university.
