SERDANG, 27 August – A briefing session on the Implementation of Hybrid Workday (HBH), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), was successfully conducted at the Rashdan Baba Auditorium, Level 3, Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) Building. The program, organized by the Office of the Chief Administrator (Research and Innovation), commenced at 2:30 PM.

The primary objective of the session was to provide comprehensive guidelines and a clear operational framework regarding the Hybrid Workday scheme to all staff members of the Research Management Centre (RMC) and other Responsibility Centres (PTJ) under the Research & Innovation portfolio.

The session concluded with a group photo session featuring the management team and attendees. It is hoped that the implementation of the Hybrid Workday will further enhance productivity and promote a healthy work-life balance among UPM’s Research & Innovation personnel.
