February 19, 2025, Serdang – The TNCPI Office remains steadfast in its commitment to enhancing the implementation of EKSA with the launch of the Pemantapan EKSA Pejabat TNCPI 2025/2026. The launch ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Professor Dr. Zamberi Sekawi, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) of Universiti Putra Malaysia, who is also the Advisor to the EKSA Implementation Committee at the TNCPI Office.

This event was held in conjunction with the Majlis Amanat Tahun Baharu 2025 by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation), UPM, which took place at the Rashdan Baba Auditorium Hall, TNCPI Office Building, UPM. The ceremony was attended by the staff of the TNCPI Office, comprising four (4) Responsibility Centers (PTJ): the TNCPI Office, the Research Management Center (RMC), Putra Science Park (PSP), UPM Publishing Center, and the University Laboratory Management Division (BPMU).

In his address, YBhg. Prof. emphasized several critical aspects that all members of the TNCPI Office must practice to ensure continued excellence and to achieve even greater success in the future. Among the key elements highlighted were dedication to excellence, cultivating an efficient and effective work culture, and the importance of establishing a positive work environment. He also underscored the significance of time management and prioritization, ensuring that each EKSA activity is executed optimally and delivers a tangible impact on fostering a high-performance organizational culture.

EKSA is an initiative by MAMPU aimed at enhancing the implementation of the 5S practices within the public sector. Its objectives include creating a conducive work environment, improving corporate image, stimulating creativity and innovation, promoting green practices, and incorporating auditing elements that cater to the diverse functions and premises of government agencies. In this context, the symbolic signing ceremony during the event marked the official commencement of EKSA activities and programs under the collaboration of the TNCPI Office, RMC, PSP, and BPMU for the 2025/2026 session.

Additionally, during the event, awards were presented to the winners of the Badminton Tournament organized by the Kelab Sukan dan Kebajikan (KSK) of the TNCPI Office. This tournament is part of a series of programs organized by KSK, which also includes other activities such as the Ping Pong Tournament, TNCPI Office Iftar, religious and motivational talks, and various other programs. These activities are designed not only to promote staff health and fitness but also to strengthen relationships among employees across different PTJs within the TNCPI Office.

This initiative aligns with the TNCPI Office’s participation in the Anugerah Kualiti Persekitaran Tempat Kerja 2025/2026, which will be contested in conjunction with the Sambutan Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan (HKIP) in 2025/2026. With strong participation and commitment from all TNCPI Office staff, it is anticipated that the practice and culture of EKSA will continue to be further reinforced.
