CLIENT CHARTER REPORT YEAR 2022

Under the Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), here are the client charter under the management of RMC :

1. Issue an approval letter for grant application within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the approval letter from grant sponsor.
2. Issue a grant offer letter within twenty one (21) working days after receiving the result from the grant application.
3. Inform the result on the application to attend seminars / conferences / workshops / visit abroad (SKBL) within five (5) working days after the SKBL Committee Meeting.
