CLIENT CHARTER

Research Management Centre (RMC) and Putra Science Park (PSP), under the Office of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Universiti Putra Malaysia, with full determination pledge to provide quality and efficient services to meet customer needs as established in Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2008. 

Based on the research and innovation client charter, here are the customer needs under management of RMC :

  1. Issue an approval letter for grant application within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the approval letter from grant sponsor.
  2. Issue a grant offer letter within twenty one (21) working days after receiving the result from the grant application.
  3. Inform the result on the application to attend seminars / conferences / workshops / visit abroad (SKBL) within five (5) working days after the SKBL Committee Meeting.
  4. Issue a Letter of Application for Certificate of Intellectual Property Protection within five (5) working days from the date of assessment by the Evaluation Committee of Intellectual Property (JPHI).
  5. Inform the result on the application to exhibit research competitions within twenty one (21) working days of the closing date.
  6. Inform the result of the ethical clearance approval within three (3) working days after receiving the decision from the related committee
