Second-Stage Assessment of the Condusive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA) at the TNCPI Office, UPM

Serdang, 15 July 2026 – The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has today completed its Second-Stage Assessment of the Conducive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA), held in conjunction with UPM's Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2025/2026 celebration.

The assessment was conducted by a panel of evaluators comprising:

  • Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim – Senior Assistant Administrative Officer, Alumni Relations Centre, UPM
  • Ms. Siti Noriza Samad – Administrative Officer, Kolej Tan Sri Aishah Ghani, UPM

Throughout the assessment session, the panel reviewed several aspects, including workspace tidiness, the filing management system, and the practice of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise and Sustain) implemented within the RMC Zone.

The session was attended by officers and staff of the RMC Zone, who worked together to ensure the workspace was ready for the assessment.

Highest appreciation and congratulations go to the entire RMC Zone community for their strong commitment in realising a conducive, clean and quality workplace environment, in line with the aspiration "A Conducive Environment as a Catalyst for Quality Work Transformation."
