Serdang, 12 March 2025 – Research Management Centre (RMC), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), successfully hosted a special session titled "Navigating the Uncharted Territory: My Journey to Research Prominence", delivered by Prof. Dr. Mohd Adzir Mahdi, Director of RMC.

Held at Thinker Space 2.0, Faculty of Engineering, UPM, the session received an encouraging response from early career researchers eager to enhance their research excellence.

Throughout the session, participants gained valuable insights into strategies for achieving research excellence and personal experiences on the journey to research success. Prof. Dr. Mohd Adzir also shared practical tips and tricks for producing high-impact publications, a key factor in establishing a strong research profile.

With participation limited to the first 50 registrants, the interactive session demonstrated a high level of interest among researchers striving to elevate their academic achievements.

This programme not only inspired young researchers but also provided them with a deeper understanding of the path towards research prominence.
