Climate Change Adaptations in Dryland Agriculture in Semi-Arid Areas

Greetings!

It is pleased to inform that Malaysia through the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) Malaysia has received an invitation from the Center for Science and Technology of the Non-Aligned and Other Developing Countries (NAM S&T Center) in collaboration with Great Zimbabwe University (GZU), Masvingo, Zimbabwe and the Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, Zimbabwe to attend the International Conference on “Climate Change Adaptations in Dryland Agriculture in Semi-Arid Areas” on July 21 - 23, 2020.

The program will be run virtually with the aim of strengthening a global network of researchers, scientists and policymakers from developing countries in search for climate change adaptation techniques for climate change, sharing approaches to achieve multi-disciplinary integration research for climate change agricultural systems , and identify the collaborative research agenda needed to advance global food security. Further information about the program is as in Appendix 1 which is available by downloading the document on the RMC website.

Researchers who are interested must submit the application form (as in Appendix 2), as well as relevant supporting documents to nurulahernesto@mestecc.gov.my and haslinda@mestecc.gov.my by June 8, 2020 (Monday), for verification purposes by MOSTI as the Focal Point NAM S&T Center in Malaysia.
